Media Monk’s servers consume significant computing resource each time you generate a content. Whether it is an article, a video or postcard – the computing resources consumed are significant. Hence, in order to protect ourselves against any potential abuse and violation of our fair-use policy, once you have created a content item, it cannot be edited. However, if you have made a mistake or there was an error at the time of rendering the content, then please contact our support team and we will gladly add extra credits into your account.
