Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

All Media Monk subscriptions are non-refundable. Once you’ve committed to a subscription plan, we immediately allocate resources to ensure you get the best experience and services during your subscription period.

Given the instant accessibility and benefits you receive, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions under any circumstances.

2. Upgrades

If you choose to upgrade your subscription plan part-way through the month, please note that any remaining days from your previous subscription will not be refunded. Instead, the upgraded subscription fee will be charged on the day you make the change.

This is because we instantly provide you with enhanced features and benefits corresponding to your new subscription tier, and these resources are allocated immediately upon your upgrade.

3. Brand Consultations

If you need to cancel a brand consultation, we’re happy to provide a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation time.

This allows us to reallocate our resources efficiently. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the consultation, we are unable to offer a refund due to the preparations and adjustments that go into scheduling and accommodating such sessions.

Once a brand consultation call has been concluded, refunds will not be available. Our consultants invest significant time, effort, and expertise into each call, ensuring you receive maximum value from the session.

4. Brand Customization Services

Fees associated with Brand Customization Services are non-refundable. These services involve a considerable amount of time, resources, and personalized work specific to your brand needs. Given the tailored nature of these services, we cannot offer refunds once the work has begun.

5. Managed Services

Fees associated with any managed services provided by Media Monk are non-refundable.

5. 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our 60-Day Double-Your-Money-Back guarantee must not be used as a way of trying Media Monk’s paid subscriptions, with higher quota limits without the intention of achieving results from the use of our platform. Media Monk reserves the right to refuse a refund if in its audit of your account, it becomes apparent that you have made efforts to defeat our policy objectives in this regard and are in breach of any of our terms. 

In addition to the above, the following rules apply for you to be eligible for a refund under our 60-day money back guarantee:

  1. The 60-day money back guarantee expires 60 days after your first subscription.
  2. You must maintain a paid Media Monk subscription plan for the duration
  3. You must log into your Media Monk account at least once a week and produce fresh content each week.
  4. You must setup at least 1 brand with 3 brand personas and 3 audience profiles
  5. You must produce the full quota of articles as per your plan allocations during the 60-day period
  6. You must produce the full quota of listicles as per your plan allocations during the 60-day period
  7. You must produce the full quota of video ads and video stories as per your plan allocations during the 60-day period
  8. You must connect at least one blogging platform and one social media platform with your account
  9. You must set up an auto-post schedule with minimum 2 posts per day frequency
  10. You agree to make diligent efforts of your own to further market and promote content produced by Media Monk.
  11. The refund is limited to 2 x the subscription amount paid during the 60 days.
  12. The refund does not include any payments made for Brand Consultation or a Managed Service.
