- Access the ‘Real Estate Listing Videos’ from the navigation menu.
- Initiate by setting up your real estate agent profiles. Every agent deserves a standout profile and with Media Monk, you can create unique contact cards for every agent in your company.
- Click on ‘Agent Profiles’ to add or manage agent details.
Personalising Agent Profiles
Once you’re in the agent section, Click ‘Add Agent Profile’ to introduce a new agent or ‘Edit’ to modify existing details. A captivating head-shot is crucial. Follow our guidelines to ensure the best image quality. After uploading, preview the image, and adjust using our cropping tool for a perfect circular profile shot. Once satisfied, hit ‘Save and Continue’.
Designing the Contact Card
Navigate to the agent profiles section and click on the ‘contact card’ link next to your desired agent profile: Preview various designs, and once chosen, Media Monk will instantly render your design. Consistency enhances brand identity, so consider maintaining a uniform design for all agents. Video Creation Begins
With the agent profile and contact card done, return to ‘Real Estate Listings Video’ section. Click on ‘New Listing’ and select the Real Estate brand. You have two options:
- Manually input your property information by clicking ‘Add Listing Manually’.
- Paste the URL of your property listing from a supported website. Media Monk swiftly extracts all relevant data for you including content as well as images. Our list of supported websites is always growing, so stay updated!
Video Crafting – The Five Essential Elements
Each video is a blend of five meticulously curated stages: the opening scene, key highlights, points of interest, a captivating slideshow, and the agent’s contact card.
- As you proceed, Key Highlights are auto-generated, pinpointing the property’s most prominent features. If none were available in the content from the URL, our AI takes the reins, generating them for you based on the description we were able to locate for the property.
- Once the data is extracted, you will be taken to the step where you can choose from four enticing layouts for your video’s opening scene. Adjust the headline, attributes, and key highlights to match the opening scene layout you choose. When you’re ready, continue to the next step.
- Here, Media Monk’s AI is at play again. Based on the property’s address, the system fetches local attractions compiling the Points of Interest for the property. You can adjust the search radius and fine-tune selections. Simply hit the ‘fetch’ button to get the locations of interest and continue to the next step.
- The video’s heart lies in its visuals. We need a minimum of 12 quality photos for optimum impact. We’ve already extracted potential images from your listing URL. Pick the best ones, add your own and deselect the ones you don’t want. Once the total count is 12, click continue.
- In this last stage, you will need to decide between a static or dynamic agent contact card. A dynamic card utilizes an image from the slideshow as its background, ensuring the agent’s contact details shine through. It’s the recommended option for most real estate agents.
- Next, Review, Refine, and Render. Inspect the compiled content. If it meets your expectations, hit the ‘Start’ button, and watch Media Monk craft your video.
In a few moments, you are presented with the video in the Mixing section.
Every video needs a compelling soundtrack. While Media Monk will automatically suggest an optimal track, you’re welcome to explore our vast library and select a melody that resonates with your property’s essence. Click on “try this” next to a soundtrack and hit “play’ to listen to it. When you’ve watched the full video, the render button becomes visible. Click on it to finalise the video with the soundtrack you’ve chosen.
But it doesn’t end there. Media Monk provides additional content creation opportunities to convert your newly minted video into a shareable postcard. Click on the postcard icon either next to the headline or down where they key highlights are mentioned. Click on any of those to turn this real estate listing video into an engaging social media postcard.
Select a fitting image from the ones already chosen for the property, apply a filter, and watch Media Monk craft a postcard, ready for sharing across multiple social media platforms. What’s even better, the postcard post carries a link to the video’s public link and also a link back to the original listing URL that was used to extract all the data.
